We’ve been having an unusually misty spell of weather for the past few days, with very little sign of the sun. It’s been keeping the temperatures down, and to be honest it can be a little dismal. On the plus side, it does make for some unusual and dramatic photographic opportunities.
This is the castle at nearby Domeyrat, veiled by mist, which the sun can’t quite penetrate. It is actually in colour, although as you can see, it looks very monochromatic.
We’re hoping for a change in the weather, and a little bit of sunshine, in the next few days.
Lovely picture. We have had an unusual amount of misty days recently in my part of the UK, which has been – well, disconcerting! I’m ready for spring now.
I’m always ready for spring as soon as Christmas is over!
