A few days of spring sunshine, and our crocuses are starting to emerge.
It’s the first year we’ve had these little yellow beauties – we planted them last autumn, more in hope than expectation it has to be said. But they seem to be doing OK.
Lovely to see some bright splashes of colour in the garden. We have some purple ones too, but they seem to be a bit behind these. The wild garlic, dwarf narcissi and daffodils are all showing now too, so hopefully the garden will be a riot of colour before we know it.
Lovely colour contrast. Spring is in the air!
Its quite amazing how quickly it starts to change … I am blinking in amazement at the beginnings of colour after all that monochrome of the last few months 🙂
They are so pretty!
Love the way these really pop out of the quite barren-looking earth. 🙂
